• discussion of the existing survey report

• prioritisation of issues

• general cost guidance

• a written summary following the visit

2. What SurveyCheck Is Not

SurveyCheck is not:

• a regulated property survey

• a structural engineer’s report

• a mortgage valuation

• a contractor quotation service

• professional certification of building condition

SurveyCheck does not replace a formal survey conducted by a qualified surveyor.

Advice provided is informational and practical guidance based on experience, not formal certification.

3. Booking and Payment

Appointments are typically booked through the website booking system.

The current service price is: £295 per visit

Payment will be required at the time of booking.

4. Appointment Requirements

Clients should provide:

• a copy of the survey report where possible

• access to the property at the agreed time

Failure to provide access or relevant documents may limit the usefulness of the visit.

5. Limitations of Advice

SurveyCheck advice is based on:

• visual inspection of accessible areas

• discussion of the existing survey report

• general construction experience

SurveyCheck does not carry out invasive investigation, structural calculations, or laboratory testing.

Clients should seek specialist professional advice where necessary.

6. Liability

SurveyCheck aims to provide accurate and practical guidance.

However:

• property conditions may change

• some defects may not be visible during a walkthrough

• cost estimates are general guidance only

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SurveyCheck shall not be liable for losses resulting from decisions made based on the advice provided.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.

Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
